Power Outages

Oconee EMC has an automated outage program, DataVoice. With this program, members can enter their outage ticket simply by entering a few numbers.   To use this program  dial 478.676.3191 or toll free at 800.522.2930 and follow the instructions. If you are calling during our office hours, please choose option 5. If you are calling after hours, please choose option 4. When prompted you may enter an outage ticket by entering your correct phone number or Oconee EMC account number. When this is finished, Oconee EMC personnel will be alerted immediately.
 

Please note that problems occurring within your home will result in additional fees added to your account if Oconee EMC is requested to assist with problems.
